Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed.

What Gets Deleted

Your account and login credentials
Your profile information (username, email)
Your trading history and AI analysis records
Your subscription status and payment history
Your referral code and referral earnings
Your cashback balance and withdrawal history
Your notification preferences and push tokens

What We Keep (for legal compliance)

Transaction records (for 7 years as required by law)
Fraud prevention data (anonymized)

How to Delete Your Account

Open the SignalPro app on your device
Go to Profile tab
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm your decision when prompted
Your account will be permanently deleted

Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

Please include:

Your registered email address
Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

We will process your request within 30 days.
