A signal is a complete trade idea published by our analysts: pair, side (buy/sell), entry price, stop loss (SL), three take-profit levels (TP1/TP2/TP3), AI confidence score, risk-reward ratio, and analyst notes. You decide whether to execute it manually, with AutoCopy, or skip it.

Pay by Apple/Google In-App Purchase, Stripe card, USDT TRC20 crypto, or (Android only) directly from your cashback balance.
First step: open Profile and tap Restore Purchase. App Store / Google Play IAP usually settles within a few minutes — give it up to 30. Crypto payments need manual admin approval, typically within a few hours, allow up to 24 hours. If still missing after that, contact support with your transaction ID and we'll resolve it.
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store / Play Store, not by SignalPro:
iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > SignalPro > Cancel
Android: Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > SignalPro > Cancel
You keep Premium until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime is non-cancellable (it's a one-off purchase, not a subscription).
IAP refunds are handled by Apple / Google according to their store policies — request via reportaproblem.apple.com (iOS) or Play Store > Order history (Android). Crypto and Stripe payments are non-refundable per our Terms of Service.
Broker Gate — Free Unlimited Signals
The Broker Gate is our free alternative to Premium. Sign up with one of our three partner brokers (Exness, JustMarkets, or PU Prime) through the affiliate link in the app, submit your MT4/MT5 account for verification, and you unlock unlimited signal access — forever, at $0 cost. No subscription, no recurring fees.
When you open a broker account through our partner code, the broker pays us an introducing-broker commission on your trading volume. That commission funds free signal access for you. You pay nothing extra — the rebate model means the broker effectively subsidises your access to our platform.
Generally no — Broker Gate requires opening a NEW account through our partner link. PU Prime supports IB transfer of existing accounts in some cases; contact support for that. Exness and JustMarkets typically don't allow transferring an existing account under a new IB.
Usually a few hours, max 24 hours, after the broker confirms you signed up under our partner code. While pending verification, free users still see a limited preview of signals each day.
Cashback & Rebates
Open an account with a partner broker through our link, link it in the Cashback screen, and you earn a per-lot rebate on every trade — win or loss. We receive the rebate from the broker on your trading volume and credit it weekly to your SignalPro wallet. You then withdraw to USDT or Bitcoin, or (Android) spend it directly on Premium.
Rates vary by broker, account type, and instrument — the exact current rate is displayed in the Cashback screen. Estimates per standard lot:

Rates are estimates and subject to change. Only real/live trading accounts earn cashback. Demo accounts do not. Cashback is an IB rebate — it does not reduce trading risk or guarantee profit.
No. Cashback is 100% free — no SignalPro subscription required, no upfront fee, no minimum balance with us. The broker may have a small minimum deposit ($1 Exness, ~$10 JustMarkets, $50 PU Prime), but that's your trading capital — it stays in your broker account, fully under your control.

We use a multi-provider failover stack: OpenAI GPT-4o & o-mini, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, xAI Grok, and DeepSeek. Vision tasks (chart analysis) run on OpenAI Vision. The platform automatically falls back to a healthy provider if one is rate-limited or down.

Referral Program
Share your unique referral code (Profile screen) and earn 20% commission on every subscription payment made by anyone who signs up through your link, plus a percentage of their cashback earnings — recurring, for as long as they trade. No cap on the number of referrals.
Your link is signalpro.markets/get?ref=YOUR_CODE and is visible on the Profile screen. The app can generate shareable referral cards as images. When someone signs up via the link, the code is applied automatically.
Referral commissions credit to your Wallet automatically when the referee's payment is captured. Top referrers get leaderboard recognition and bonus tiers. Withdraw to USDT/Bitcoin same as cashback.
Wallet, Withdrawals & Payments
Profile > Wallet shows your cashback balance and referral earnings separately, plus pending transactions and full withdrawal history.
USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network is preferred — lowest fees, fastest settlement, and eligible for low-risk auto-payout. Bitcoin is also supported but slower and more expensive. Minimum withdrawal is shown in the withdrawal screen.
Larger withdrawals trigger risk review by our compliance team. Withdrawals over $100 trigger enhanced review; over $500 trigger highest review. Multiple pending withdrawals from one account are queued. Up to 72 hours is normal.
Native push (iOS APNs, Android FCM, delivered via our Cloudflare edge relay in <1s), Telegram bot, WhatsApp, and email. Each channel can be toggled independently per category (new signal, SL hit, TP hit, breakeven, referral payout, etc.) in Profile > Notifications.
Profile > Notifications > Link Telegram — the app generates a one-time linking code, you paste it into our Telegram bot, and signals start arriving in your Telegram chat. Same for WhatsApp.

Account & Security
Login screen > Forgot Password > enter your email — you'll get a reset link. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use those methods to log in instead.
All connections are HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed and never stored in plain text. Sessions use opaque 64-character tokens with 14-day expiry. Broker credentials for AutoPilot/AutoCopy are encrypted in transit and at rest via MetaApi's secure vault. We never see or store your broker password ourselves.
In-app: Profile > Delete Account. Web: visit signalpro.markets/delete-account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible — all profile data, trading history, balances, and referral relationships are erased within 30 days. Transaction records are retained for 7 years for legal compliance.
Yes, but with restrictions. Only brokers flagged "US-allowed" appear for US users. Some features may be limited based on local regulation. Always confirm your eligibility with the broker before opening an account.
Troubleshooting
Pull down to refresh. If it persists, sign out and back in. Make sure you're on the latest app version. If you're on Wi-Fi behind a corporate or VPN proxy, try mobile data — some networks block WebSocket traffic.
Common causes: market is closed, bad-market guard is active (high-impact news / daily loss cap / loss-streak cooldown), broker connection lost, or insufficient margin. The Bot Details screen shows the exact reason in the Activity log.
Cashback is credited weekly after we receive the IB report from the broker. Allow 7-14 days for the first credit. Make sure (a) you opened the account through our partner link, (b) you're trading on a real (not demo) account, and (c) your broker account number is correctly linked in the Cashback screen.
Force-close the app and reopen. Check the App Store / Play Store for updates. If the crash persists, reinstall the app — your account and data are stored server-side and will restore on next login.
